We maintain a flexible and competitive approach to our fee structure, taking each client’s individual requirements into consideration. All our fees are agreed upon in advance in writing by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.

Our fees comprise of:

A Retainer covering our initial costs, and payable once both parties a have signed an Agency Agreement.

A Success Fee payable once contracts have been exchanged on your propert
